About the Role

As our Team Manager - Picking, Packing & eCommerce, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our distribution centre team, making sure orders are picked, packed, and out the door accurately and on time.

Based at our Truganina DC, this is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be right in the action - coaching your team, solving problems on the floor, and keeping everything running smoothly across retail, wholesale and eCommerce orders.

You’ll play a key part in delivering a great customer experience by ensuring we hit our service levels, maintain high inventory accuracy, and operate safely and efficiently. From driving performance to improving processes, this role is all about leading from the front and making things better every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating a team to deliver accurate, on-time order fulfilment across all channels
• Managing daily picking and packing operations, including prioritisation and workflow planning
• Staying hands on - jumping in on the floor to support the team when needed
• Driving a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and development
• Monitoring performance and identifying ways to improve efficiency, accuracy, and output
• Ensuring all operations meet health & safety standards and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
• Collaborating with inbound, inventory, and dispatch teams to keep everything flowing
• Supporting site operations, including opening/closing and maintaining a safe, secure facility

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading teams in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution centre environment
• Strong background in picking, packing, and order fulfilment (ideally across eCommerce and retail)
• A hands on leader who enjoys being on the floor and working alongside their team
• Confident problem-solver with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Solid understanding of safety and compliance requirements (CoR knowledge is a big plus)
• Great communication skills and the ability to build an engaged, high-performing team
• Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
