What you'll do:

  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the Connected Teams strategy across Advisory, to optimise business and client outcomes.

  • Work with key stakeholders including Business Sponsors, Advisory Finance, Platform Operations, Acceleration Centre Capability Leads, R&Q representatives to achieve Connected Team outcomes for the Advisory business, aligned with One Firm strategy.

  • Oversight and facilitation of Advisory Connected Teams governance

  • Monitor performance to drive achievement of financial metrics, partnering with Operations and finance teams to drive simplification, efficiencies and integrated insights.

  • Develop strategic communication plans to support buy-in and adoption of transformation initiatives and other agile priorities within the Advisory business.

  • Collaborate with the National Advisory Operations Leadership Team to deliver key priorities and initiatives, driving change and consistency across Advisory.

  • Support senior leadership by delivering regular progress reports, impact assessments, and strategic recommendations related to enhanced delivery and operational excellence.

  • Support People & Culture on operational people matters including annual review processes, mojo hotspot support, and effective team member onboarding.

  • Partner with the Advisory Communications Team to deliver consistent engagement and communications, including harmonisation of meeting cadence, staff communications, and SharePoint updates.

What we're looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in change management and the ability to drive business performance through data insights and effective operations management.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and internal stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain trusted, professional relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.

  • A self-starter who can work autonomously while also being a collaborator and team player.

  • Track record of delivering high-quality work, being accountable for successful completion of tasks within realistic timeframes.

  • High level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters, with a strong solution mindset and ability to problem solve.

  • Solid grasp of technology systems (e.g., M365) and comfort learning and adopting new technologies to change the way we work.

  • Proven experience in knowledge sharing and ability to provide systems and process training.
