Registered Nurse - Pre - admissions

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to assist with pre-admission of our residents at our brand new aged care home in South Grafton

If you are confident in explaining clinical details to our incoming residents and their families and can accurately document their clinical needs, then this role is for you!

Monday to Friday - 3 month Contract

Skills & Requirements For This Role

• Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
• Experience in assessments and developing care plans
• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
• Be able to effectively communicate complex care plan needs to incoming residents and their representatives.
• Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs of our residents
• An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
• An understanding of Aged Care Funding Instrument (AN-NAC)
• Excellent time management skills
• Demonstrated well developed computer and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously
