Victorian State Manager -Industrial Services

• Lead and grow a high potential Victorian operation

• Hands-on operational leadership role with future regional scope

• Industrial services | Field leadership | Growth focus

An established Australian industrial services business is seeking a commercially minded and hands-on Victorian State Manager to lead and grow its Victorian operation.

This is a leadership opportunity suited to an operationally strong people leader who thrives in growth environments and enjoys building high performing teams, improving operational capability and driving customer outcomes.

The business services customers across a broad range of industrial sectors including manufacturing, logistics, waste management, construction and infrastructure, with a strong reputation for service, reliability and technical capability.

The Victorian operation is currently in a significant growth phase, creating the opportunity for the successful candidate to shape culture, strengthen operational performance and expand market presence across metropolitan and regional Victoria.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, the Victorian State Manager will take ownership of branch performance, customer relationships, operational delivery and team leadership.

This is not a desk-based leadership role. The successful candidate will be highly visible in the field, regularly meeting customers, supporting technicians and driving business growth across metropolitan and regional Victoria.

The role requires a hands-on leader who leads by example, takes ownership of outcomes and can balance day-to-day operational management with long-term business growth.

A key focus of the role will be stabilising and motivating the existing team while building a high-performance, accountable and customer focused culture.

There is genuine opportunity for the role to evolve into broader regional leadership responsibilities across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania over time.
