We're looking for a Sales Manager who leads from the front, attracts talent, builds a high-performing team, and sets the tone from day one.

With the brand now live in the Hills District, this is a genuine ground-floor opportunity for a Sales Manager to shape the culture, build the team, and make the site a standout presence in the market.

What You'll Be Doing
- Onboard and develop a sales team aligned to the prestige customer experience standard.
- Maintain sales performance across the site, hitting volume and GP targets.
- Drive consistency and excellence across the full sales process, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the standard the brand demands.
- Manage inventory, pricing strategy, and stock turn to maximise site performance.
- Build lasting relationships with the local community and grow the brand's reputation in the Hills District
- Report on performance and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in prestige or premium automotive sales — as a Sales Manager or a high-performing Senior Consultant ready to step up
- A track record of building and leading teams, not just working within them
- A consultative, customer-first approach that fits the expectations of a discerning buyer
- Strong commercial acumen — you understand margin, mix, and what drives profitability
- The ambition to make your mark in a role with genuine scope and visibility
- Current NSW driver's licence and the right to work in Australia
