About The Role
Sitting within the Commercial Real Estate arm of our business, you will be a pillar of valuable support to the Print teams and their agency clients in assisting with all things related to their print advertising, from bookings and invoicing to the artwork itself. No two days will ever be the same as you discuss advert placement, positioning and sizing, as well as recommending opportunities for the Sales teams to upsell across other Domain products.
With no industry experience needed, this entry level role is a unique opportunity for a digital/sales savvy individual to plug into a fun work culture, learn the prop-tech industry, and work towards a variety of more permanent opportunities across Domain within Sales, Customer Experience, and Customer Success.

In a Typical Day You Can Expect To
- Support clients & teams - Be the first point of contact for agencies and internal teams, helping them navigate print advertising, product bundles, and booking systems with confidence.
- Guide print bookings - Manage end‑to‑end print workflows, ensuring ads are booked, placed, costed, and delivered on time (and looking sharp).
- Coordinate across teams - Work closely with Sales, Production and Finance to keep campaigns running smoothly from briefing to publication.
- Keep things running smoothly - Maintain accurate admin processes, share updates with Account Partners, and stay across system changes and business rules.
- Spot growth opportunities - Identify upsell moments across print and digital, and pass qualified leads to the right Account Manager.
- Analyse & troubleshoot - Pull and review reports to catch issues early, resolve booking or billing hiccups, and support revenue performance.
- Collaborate across the business - Jump in to support Residential and New Developments teams when needed, keeping the whole operation humming.
Essential Our Ideal Person
- Previous experience in a Coordinator role or similar team support / admin function.
- You are either digital-savvy or sales-savvy (or both!).
- Excellent sense of speed, time management and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn the ropes of the industry.
- Great with people.
- Full working rights and able to commit to 12 months.
Nice To Haves
- Industry experience in Saas, Print / Digital Media or Real Estate
- Experience using Cybersell and/or Salesforce.
