Delivery Lead (Infrastructure & Data)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Solution Delivery Lead to play a key role in a large-scale transformation program within a complex enterprise environment.

You’ll sit at the centre of delivery across infrastructure, applications, and data/integration streams, driving outcomes, unblocking work, and ensuring multiple vendors and teams stay aligned.

You’ll be working across a multi-year transformation program involving cloud and infrastructure uplift (including AWS environments), enterprise application integration, data platforms and operational data stores, and large-scale cutover and transition activities.

This role will require successful candidates to be onsite 3 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate delivery across infrastructure, application, and data workstreams
• Act as the key link between internal teams and external delivery partners/vendors
• Drive progress across multiple concurrent streams, managing dependencies and alignment
• Identify, manage, and mitigate technical delivery risks and blockers
• Support and embed agile delivery practices across teams
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure outcomes are delivered
• Contribute to planning and execution of cutover, migration, and integration activities
• Provide clear updates and maintain strong stakeholder engagement across all levels

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering in complex transformation or enterprise programs
• Strong background working across multi-vendor environments
• Solid understanding of one or more of:
• Infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Enterprise applications and system integration
• Data platforms, data migration, or operational data stores
• Experience working in environments with highly interconnected systems and dependencies
