Registered Nurse

Northside Gynaecology is seeking a full-time Registered Practice Nurse to join our team at our Kedron and North Lakes locations. As a Gynaecology Practice Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our gynaecology specialists in delivering exceptional healthcare services.

What you'll be doing

• New patient medical histories
• Laser treatments
• Sterilisation of instruments
• Room set up for procedures
• Adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring a safe clinical environment
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of patient care

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a gynaecology or women's health setting is preferred
• Radiation license an advantage
• Clinical skills and knowledge of gynaecological conditions and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, doctors, and the wider healthcare team
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and healthcare software
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centred care
