Senior Change Analyst | Enterprise Transformation Program

CormTech are partnering with a large enterprise organisation undertaking a major business and technology transformation impacting operational processes, systems, stakeholder engagement and ways of working across the business.

This is a hands-on Senior Change Analyst role supporting a high-profile enterprise rollout program. The role will suit someone who thrives in fast-paced transformation environments and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to drive genuine behavioural and operational change.

This is not a purely strategic or governance-heavy role.

You will be embedded within delivery teams and actively involved in:

• Change impact assessments
• Stakeholder engagement and business readiness
• Communications and engagement activities
• Workshop facilitation
• Change planning and execution
• Training and rollout support
• Hypercare and adoption activities
• Supporting leaders through large-scale operational change

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation or change programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capability
• Experience working on business-side transformation initiatives rather than purely technical implementations
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving project environments
• Experience across operational change, process transformation, ERP/CRM/system rollouts or business transformation programs
• Strong written communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Exposure to regulated or complex operational environments will be highly regarded

• Enterprise transformation programs
• ERP or CRM implementations
• Legal, insurance, health, government or other regulated industries
• Consulting or in-house transformation delivery environments
