Are you a motivated and dynamic person with appropriate and relevant administrative experience to join our innovative team in this administration role? You will be providing a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable the TRSP and Ambulatory Care teams to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.

The TRSP offers comprehensive multidisciplinary assessments utilising trauma and recovery-informed frameworks in collaborative care planning with individuals, their families/carers, and referring teams.

Where you'll be working

Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service, located on Prince of Wales Hospital campus, Randwick. Located close by to public transport options including light rail and buses, cafes, restaurants and beach lifestyle.

TRSP is a statewide service that provides assessments to consumers suffering serious psychotic illness. Referrals come via public Mental Health Services around NSW. TRSP works closely with other mental health services to provide recommendations to help improve the quality of life for those consumers with psychosis.

Role Requirements

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the following criteria in your application:

  • Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding work environment
  • Experience in responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response
  • Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to improve to contribute to improvements in administrative practices and procedures
  • Ability to use computer hardware, software applications and electronic systems at a basic level
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in performing routine administrative tasks and ability to work as part of team
