APPAREL PRODUCTION MANAGER | DESIGN & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Who in the Zoo Recruitment is currently partnering with a growing apparel business to recruit an experienced Apparel Production Manager to join their team in Victoria.

This role is heavily focused on apparel production, technical product execution, and managing end-to-end processes, while also requiring a strong understanding of design, garment construction, and product development.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, highly organised, and confident managing offshore production and supplier relationships.

Salary: $115K – $120K + Super

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end apparel production processes

• Liaising with offshore suppliers and factories

• Overseeing tech packs, specifications, and approvals

• Managing fittings, garment construction, fabrics, and trims

• Supporting product development and production timelines

• Ensuring quality, delivery, and critical path management

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience across apparel design & production

• Strong understanding of garment construction, fittings, fabrics & trims

• Experience managing offshore suppliers & factories

• Tech pack and specification experience

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

• Experience within apparel, lifestyle, sportswear or related industries highly regarded
