→ Produce clear cost forecasts and present financial data to internal and external stakeholders

→ Identify and communicate cost risks, opportunities, and variances at key project milestones

→ Utilise estimation software and tools to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and audit trails

LeadershipHQ Recruit is the talent and recruitment arm of LeadershipHQ. Here's what it's about based on what you've shared:

What it does: LHQ Recruit partners with organisations to find professionals who align not just with a job description, but with a team's values and culture. Rather than filling seats, the focus is on placing people who will genuinely elevate the teams they join.

The LHQ difference: Because it sits within LeadershipHQ — a company built around developing kind, courageous, and effective leaders — the recruitment work is guided by those same values: integrity, precision, and care. This gives it a distinct edge over traditional recruitment agencies, particularly for clients who care about leadership quality and culture fit.

How it works: LHQ Recruit acts as a connector between clients (organisations with hiring needs) and candidates. The job ad we just created is a good example — LHQ Recruit is advertising on behalf of a client, managing the process and bringing their recruitment expertise to find the right person.

The broader ecosystem: Candidates and clients placed through LHQ Recruit also have access to LeadershipHQ's wider offerings — coaching, development programs, and workshops — meaning the relationship doesn't have to end at placement.
