Electrical Designer / Draftsperson

BEC Engineering is a well-established and respected Electrical, Power and Control Systems Engineering Services firm located in Burswood.

Having won a number of new projects, BEC is continuing to build out the capacity of our Electrical Design / Drafting team and are seeking expressions of interest from dynamic electrical designers / draftsperson.

About the job

Working directly with a our power systems, electrical and controls teams, you will

• Deliver electrical design and drafting for a variety of projects.
• Produce Single Line, Schematic and Termination Diagrams as required.
• Coordinate the drawings for each project, ensuring the accurate recording of revisions and tracking of documents,
• Develop and maintain a drawing register for each project.
• Review and recommend design improvements in consultation with project engineers.

What skills and experience should you have ?

• Project design experience, ideally in minerals processing applications.
• Experience in developing Single Line Diagrams, Schematic Diagrams and Termination Diagrams,
• Applicants with mechanical and or structural design experience would be a plus.
• Proven AutoCAD experience,
• MicroStation experience,
• AutoCad 3D Modelling experience (a plus),
