The Role
The Third Party Quality Control Manager will take ownership of supplier quality, third-party manufacturing compliance, and broader quality control processes across both local and international suppliers. Managing two direct reports within the QC team, this role will partner closely with project teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure products meet specification, customer expectations, and broader quality standards across the supply chain. The role will also focus heavily on supplier auditing, compliance management, continuous improvement initiatives, workflow optimisation, and strengthening supplier relationships both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct supplier audits and manage third-party manufacturing compliance
- Lead and support the China QC team across day-to-day quality activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supplier quality and operational workflows
- Manage supplier relationships and support onboarding of new manufacturing partners
- Investigate quality incidents, manage root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within quality control, supplier quality, or third-party manufacturing environments
- Experience managing offshore suppliers or contract manufacturers
- Strong auditing, compliance, and stakeholder management capability
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand AutoCAD and technical drawings
- Background within furniture, fit-out, manufacturing, or allied industries highly regarded
