We are now seeking an E ditorial & Strategic Partnerships Lead/Director to help shape and scale this vision.

About The Role

You will work closely with the Founder & Editorial Visionary to:

  • Build strategic partnerships

Key Responsibilities

Editorial & Thought Leadership Strategy

  • Source and engage executive contributors, academics, innovators, and industry leaders
  • Coordinate interviews, leadership features, and thought leadership content
  • Support quarterly publication planning
  • Assist with podcast, publication, and digital content strategy
  • Build meaningful executive storytelling pipelines

Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorships

  • Secure sponsorships, advertisers, and strategic brand collaborations
  • Build relationships with organisations, conferences, leadership networks, and executive communities
  • Identify revenue opportunities across events, publications, partnerships, and digital platforms
  • Develop strategic collaboration opportunities

Platform Growth

  • Support audience and platform growth across executive and professional markets
  • Assist in developing executive forums, annual events, recognition platforms, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Contribute to the long-term positioning and expansion of Executive Synapse Review
