We are now seeking an E ditorial & Strategic Partnerships Lead/Director to help shape and scale this vision.
About The Role

You will work closely with the Founder & Editorial Visionary to:
- Build strategic partnerships
- Secure sponsorships and advertisers
- Curate executive contributors and industry leaders
- Drive audience and platform growth

- Position The Executive Synapse Review as a recognised leadership platform globally

Key Responsibilities
Editorial & Thought Leadership Strategy
- Source and engage executive contributors, academics, innovators, and industry leaders
- Coordinate interviews, leadership features, and thought leadership content
- Support quarterly publication planning
- Assist with podcast, publication, and digital content strategy
- Build meaningful executive storytelling pipelines
Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorships
- Secure sponsorships, advertisers, and strategic brand collaborations
- Build relationships with organisations, conferences, leadership networks, and executive communities
- Identify revenue opportunities across events, publications, partnerships, and digital platforms
- Develop strategic collaboration opportunities
Platform Growth
- Support audience and platform growth across executive and professional markets
- Assist in developing executive forums, annual events, recognition platforms, and thought leadership initiatives
- Contribute to the long-term positioning and expansion of Executive Synapse Review
