With a growing footprint across Australia, Asia, the UAE, Europe, and the US, we are now seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Commercial Growth & Strategic Partnerships Director to help scale our next phase of growth.
About The Role
This is not a traditional sales role.

You will work closely with the Founder & CEO to drive:
- Executive program growth
- Corporate partnerships
- Retreat and masterclass enrolments
- Sponsorship opportunities
- Licensing and certification expansion
- Strategic collaborations
- Revenue growth initiatives

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth and Revenue Development
- Drive enrolments and commercial growth across leadership programs, retreats, workshops, and executive masterclasses
- Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives
- Identify sponsorship, licensing, and organisational collaboration opportunities
- Build and manage B2B partnership pipelines locally and internationally
Strategic Partnership
- Build relationships with C-suite leaders, HR executives, healthcare organisations, universities, and strategic networks
- Lead partnership discussions and commercial conversations
- Represent Practice Vision at networking events, conferences, and leadership forums
- Identify opportunities for international expansion and collaboration
Strategic and Commercial Support
- Contribute to growth strategy and market positioning
- Collaborate on business development campaigns and partnership initiatives
- Support the commercialization of Practice Vision intellectual property and leadership offerings
