About the Role
As a Senior Civil Engineer at WGA, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions across a diverse range of infrastructure projects. You’ll be involved in:
- Water and wastewater infrastructure design and delivery
- Pavement and drainage systems
- Transport infrastructure planning and development
- Construction inspections and site supervision
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated professional looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll be encouraged to take on a project management role, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with the team to pursue new business opportunities across Northern Australia.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who bring:
- Proven experience in civil engineering design and project delivery
- Practical, hands-on technical ability across the listed disciplines
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive mindset with a drive to lead and grow
- Eligibility for Chartered status or already Chartered (preferred)
