The Opportunity

Join SEE Group as a Contract Administrator and play a vital role in supporting our Infrastructure team. Based on our local Cairns project, you’ll be at the heart of managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and keeping projects running smoothly, on time, and within budget.

In this role, you’ll be involved in the preparation, negotiation, and administration of subcontractor and supplier contracts, working closely with project teams to ensure contracts are aligned with project requirements and risk management principles. You’ll assist with claims, variations, and scope changes, making sure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner. From tracking subcontractor payments to managing notices, disputes, and contractual obligations, you’ll help the project team maintain control and transparency throughout the lifecycle of each project. Advanced interpersonal and communication skills will be essential as you build strong relationships and liaise confidently with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a major project, ensuring contracts, claims, and variations are managed efficiently while supporting the team to minimise risk and maximise project outcomes. If you enjoy working collaboratively, thrive on detail, and want to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.
