About You
You’re an experienced supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and enjoys solving complex planning challenges.
You bring:
- Proven experience in supply chain, production, or operational planning
- Strong understanding of supply balancing, production scheduling, and inventory management and warehouse/stock control processes
- Exposure to warehousing operations, inventory flows, and logistics coordination (highly regarded)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience with planning/ERP systems (highly regarded)

About the Role
As the Supply Planning Manager, you’ll coordinate supply activities across operations to balance demand, production, inventory, and operational priorities.
You’ll translate business needs into practical supply plans across short, medium, and long-term horizons, managing allocation, monitoring inventory, and stock control, and supporting efficient product flow across warehouse and logistics operations.
This role suits a strong planner with excellent coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supply & Operational Planning
Drive supply planning across sites by balancing demand, capacity, and materials while mitigating risk and ensuring continuity of supply.
Inventory & Supply Balance
Optimise inventory across the network by managing stock levels, and ensuring accuracy through strong stakeholder collaboration, and partner with warehouse stakeholders to maintain stock accuracy, inventory visibility and efficient inventory flow.
Planning Governance & Coordination
Drive planning cycles by delivering accurate, timely outputs and supporting reporting, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner across Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Procurement, and Logistics to align plans with commercial priorities and deliver strong customer outcomes.
Systems, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Leverage systems and data insights to drive planning accuracy, improve performance, and simplify processes.
