Position Profile: Works closely, in a leadership and consulting capacity, with management and regional stakeholders to optimise the strategic use of workforce information systems and enterprise data platforms to analyse, forecast and improve WACHS workforce performance. Leads complex analytical and data engineering initiatives, including translating business requirements into scalable data models, consolidating and validating datasets, and developing user-friendly dashboards and analytical tools. Applies advanced statistical, predictive and trend analysis techniques to support workforce planning, scenario modelling and risk identification, while uplifting organisational capability in data interpretation and evidence-based decision making.
