FinXL is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading wealth management client on a key transformation engagement.
Responsibilities
Define and drive the target state architecture for digital platforms and CRM systems.
Partner with business teams to translate process engineering into technical designs.
Author comprehensive architectural blueprints and technology roadmaps.
Influence and collaborate with C-suite executives and engineering leads.
Ensure all platform architectures comply with financial services regulations.
Key Skills & Experience
Extensive experience as a Principal or Enterprise Architect within BFSI.
Proven track record designing large-scale architectures for CRM systems.
Strong exposure to business process management and workflow automation.
Exceptional ability to guide senior stakeholders through technical trade-offs.
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting financial advice.
