PART TIME- 22.5-30 hours across 3-5 days

Hybrid Sydney CBD office & remote

$145-162,500 p.a. annual equivalent + bonus

Fantastic opportunity to join a great business, under a fantastic & supportive manager, in a part time capacity, on a 20-level A grade CBD office asset.

This role has a full-time assistant property manager reporting into it.

We are looking for

• Office asset property management experience
• Experiece working directly for an owner
• Strong ablity to deliver outcomes (spec suite fit-outs, supporting leasing outcomes)
• Excellent attitude
• Prior experiece in managing a direct report
