Site Manager

Bluestone is partnered with an established builder delivering government, social housing, and community-focused residential developments across regional Victoria.

We are seeking an experienced site manager to manage a diverse range of government housing, SDA Housing & Medium Density projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion
• Drive construction program and coordinate trades effectively
• Maintain strong OH&S standards, site compliance, and documentation
• Deliver high-quality builds in line with drawings, NCC, and specifications
• Monitor costs, variations, and subcontractor performance
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and customers

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential or commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of OH&S, NCC, and local building standards
• Ability to manage multiple trades and meet program deadlines
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality outcomes
• Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
