About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial projects across NSW.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining end-to-end project delivery, technical input, client relationship management, and business development. Supported by our Melbourne head office, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes, strengthening client partnerships, and expanding our presence across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and the ability to influence project success from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery from tender through design, construction, commissioning, and handover
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, profitability, and quality outcomes
  • Implement risk management processes, including SWMS and safety assessments
  • Build strong relationships with existing national customers
  • Support growth of our Sydney and NSW client base
  • Provide hands-on technical input across design, coordination, and quality control
  • Apply industrial electrical expertise across switchboards, control systems, and plant infrastructure
  • Mentor subcontractors and develop trusted partner relationships
  • Travel as required to support project and client needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2+ years’ project management experience within industrial or infrastructure sectors
  • Priorr experience across industrial environments such as manufacturing or utilities
  • Current NSW Electrical Licence
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • A self-motivated mindset with the drive to grow a regional presence
  • Hands-on experience with LV switchboards, control panels, MCCs, and distribution systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects successfully
