Must-Have

  • Salesforce Industries (Comms Cloud) Implementation experience
  • Telecommunication Industry Background
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Vlocity
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce solutions
  • Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the SDLC
  • Support configuration and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud (e.g., Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Reports, Dashboards)
  • Create process flows, data models, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT support
  • Identify gaps, propose process improvements, and recommend best practices
  • Ensure solutions align with Salesforce platform capabilities and business objectives
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, marketing tools, data platforms, etc.)

Good-to-Have

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Business Analyst,
  • Exposure to other Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service Cloud)
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and data migration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
