About the Role
As part of a small, collaborative team, you will support the end-to-end servicing of Family Office and Ultra High Net Worth clients while assisting with capital raising activity. Acting as a key link between operations and distribution, you will help ensure information flows accurately, investor needs are met promptly, and issues are resolved efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to build strong internal and external relationships while contributing to a high-performing investment business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Investor Relations colleagues and Investment Operations to support capital raising activities and investor onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams across the business to resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate, review, and distribute investor communications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Support the growth of the investor base by fostering strong relationships, encouraging advocacy and referrals, and engaging with suitable prospective investors introduced through the firm’s network.
- Maintain accurate investor records and uphold strong CRM discipline.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on reporting processes and workflow efficiency.
- Provide support on broader business and strategic projects as required.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
- RG 146 (Tier 1 General Advice) qualification is advantageous, but not essential.
- 3-5 years’ experience in relationship management or operations within financial services or funds management, ideally with exposure to property or private credit.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and professionally.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, or a willingness to develop them.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Resilient, adaptable, and accountable, with a high level of professional and personal integrity.
- A strong team player who thrives in a small, high-performing environment.
