Salesforce Business Analyst - Communications Cloud

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud (formerly Vlocity) to bridge business requirements and technical delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to analyze, document, and deliver scalable Salesforce-based telecom/communications solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce Communications Cloud implementations.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into user stories, business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions.
• Conduct workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with hands-on exposure to Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
• Expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, business process mapping, and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Good understanding of Communications/Telecom domain processes, including CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management, and Customer Lifecycle Management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and solution architects.
