  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary environments.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Travel to participant homes, schools, supported accommodation, and community settings across the above regions.
  • Uphold person‑centred, trauma‑informed, strengths‑based practice.

About You

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration at Proficient level or above (desirable).
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours or disabilities.
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and behaviour intervention skills.
  • Willingness to travel across all Sydney regions as required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage respectfully with families and providers.
  • A passion for ethical, evidence‑informed practice.
  • AHPRA registration as a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist (highly desirable but not essential).

Requirements

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Obtained suitability to work as a behaviour support practitioner with the NDIS QSC.
  • Current Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
  • ABN (if contracting) or willingness to be employed
  • Working With Children Check
  • Relevant qualifications in psychology, behaviour analysis, social work, education, or human services
  • Must be an Australian citizen or resident and live in the Sydney metropolitan area.

What We Offer

  • Flexible part‑time, full‑time or contractor arrangements
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture
  • Competitive remuneration
  • Opportunities for professional development and supervision
  • Autonomy over your schedule and caseload
  • Meaningful work with real impact
