Commercial Asset Manager

Seeking a Commercial Asset Manager to join a high-performing investment property group.

This role will see you working closely with the owners and private investors to ensure the portfolio is being maximised and investments are well-managed.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day asset operations, tenant relationships, facilities coordination, budgeting, contractor management, lease administration, and identifying opportunities to enhance asset value and operational efficiency for a private and well-managed portfolio.

This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, a proactive approach, a history of property or facilities management and the ability to balance operational delivery with strategic commercial outcomes.

The Role:

  • Manage the operational performance of the private portfolio of assets
  • Build and maintain strong tenant and stakeholder relationships
  • Work on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Monitor compliance, risk management, and WHS requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and operational efficiency
  • Support leasing activities and capital works projects

About You

  • Have a history of working in Property or Facilities Management
  • Experience managing commercial property assets
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Financial and operational management capability
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
