Job Description
- Establish and enhance portfolio governance frameworks and reporting
- Drive executive-level reporting, dashboards, and insights
- Consolidate risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery health across the portfolio
- Improve planning, prioritisation, and performance tracking
- Provide direction and oversight to PMO leads and project teams
- Drive accountability across project/program delivery
- Partner with senior stakeholders to improve decision-making and visibility
- Standardise PMO practices, tools, and templates
- Support financial tracking, forecasting, and portfolio reporting
The Successful Applicant
A Successful PMO Lead Should Have
- Proven experience in PMO leadership / portfolio governance roles (10+ years)
- Strong background in IT/digital/project environments
- Experience uplifting or transforming a PMO function
- Ability to influence without authority and lead through others
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills (exec level)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment
- Experience managing or mentoring PMO analysts / leads
