Opportunity for a Facilities Manager to create an impact with a renowned property company.

I'm seeking an energetic and people-focused Workplace Experience & Operations Coordinator to create a seamless and engaging office environment that supports collaboration, productivity, and an exceptional employee experience.

This role is ideal for someone with experience curating workplace experiences, coordinating in-house events, and managing office operations within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

As the sole Workplace Experience & Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping the day-to-day employee journey while supporting regional workplace initiatives across APAC.

You will be joining a forward-thinking, tech client who is changing the landscape and pushing boundaries.

The Role

  • Take ownership of the overall workplace experience, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues end-to-end
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, delivering a warm, professional, and welcoming experience
  • Manage mail, shipping, office supplies, snacks, and workplace inventory
  • Coordinate with external vendors and building partners, including cleaning, catering, maintenance, and IT support providers
  • Maintain strong relationships with building management teams, coordinating access, maintenance visits, and facilities requirements
  • Support workplace culture initiatives, employee events, celebrations, and inclusive workplace programs

About You

  • You're an innovative and proactive thinker who is confident pushing boundaries and improving workplace experiences
  • 3+ years’ experience in office coordination, facilities, or workplace operations
  • Passionate about creating meaningful employee and visitor experiences
  • Strong operational and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across digital and face-to-face interactions
  • Positive, solutions-focused, and adaptable, with a collaborative and people-first approach
