Lotterywest is uniquely the only Government owned and operated lottery in Australia. We have supported the community for over 90 years with the purpose to operate a responsible and sustainable lottery that leaves an enduring positive impact for WA.

About the job

1x Full Time Fixed Term 12 months with the possibility of extension

Note that this is a shift position and you may be scheduled to work on weekends and public holidays

If you are a technically minded and detail-oriented person who loves monitoring real time data and the shift worker schedule, then this is for you.

Reporting to the Manager Server Room, this role significantly contributes to the efficient and effective monitoring of our gaming system. Working in a shift environment over a 7 day period, your key focuses are:

The role has the following key areas of focus:

  • Customer service – Provides high levels of customer service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and high quality service delivery
  • Technology support - Provides high levels of service desk support both internally and externally
  • Technology reliability – Ensures internal and external technology systems are well supported
  • Relationship management – Develops and maintains productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

We’re looking for

  • A detailed oriented individual with the experience of understanding real time transacions, data communication, hardware, software, and both physical and on-line environments
  • A relationship builder with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • An analytical mind with the ability to identify and provide solutions during critical incidents
