Branch Manager

O’Connors is a leading force in Australian agriculture, supporting farmers with premium machinery, precision ag technology and aftersales service for over 60 years.

We’re now looking for a high-performing Branch Manager to lead our Horsham dealership and drive the continued growth of our aftersales operations.

About the Role

As Branch Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance of the dealership’s Parts, Service and Administration functions, leading a team to deliver strong commercial results, outstanding customer service and a positive team culture.

You’ll play a key leadership role in

• Driving branch performance and achieving KPI and budget targets
• Leading, developing and engaging your team
• Strengthening customer relationships and growing the client base
• Promoting the business through local events, field days and community engagement

• Agricultural industry experience (essential)
