Are you a driven, people-first BDM who thrives on the hunt for new business? Harcourts Pinnacle is one of Brisbane North's most respected real estate agencies and we're growing. We want a sharp, motivated Business Development Manager to help us grow our residential rent roll and make a real mark on the northside market.

Harcourts Pinnacle operates across two offices (Aspley and Strathpine) with a passionate team of around 70 professionals. We're backed by the strength of the Harcourts network, but we operate like a tight-knit boutique. Our property management department is known for exceptional service, strong retention, and a culture that people actually want to be part of.

What you will be doing

  • Proactively prospecting and converting new rent roll managements across Brisbane's north side
  • Building and nurturing relationships with investors, landlords, developers, and referral partners
  • Conducting property appraisals and presenting our property management offering with confidence
  • Driving growth targets and reporting on pipeline activity and conversion metrics
  • Collaborating closely with our PM team to ensure a smooth handover and outstanding owner experience
  • Representing the Harcourts Pinnacle brand at community and networking events

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a BDM or business development role within real estate, property management experience highly regarded
  • Current Queensland real estate certificate or licence (or working towards one)
  • A natural relationship-builder with outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and accountable. You don't need to be managed, you need to be unleashed
  • Solid knowledge of the Brisbane north side market. Existing networks a definite advantage.
