About The Role

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will take ownership of key project sections, driving program, commercial outcomes, and subcontractor performance, while ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of key project sections in line with program and quality expectations
• Drive short-term planning, coordination, and site productivity
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and contract performance
• Monitor cost, forecasting, and commercial outcomes
• Identify and manage project risks, delays, and opportunities
• Promote a strong safety and quality culture (HSEQ)
• Build effective relationships with clients, consultants, and site teams

Your Skills And Experience

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within building construction
• Experience delivering commercial, health, or services-intensive projects
• Strong capability across program management, subcontractor coordination, and commercial oversight
• Sound understanding of contractual processes and project delivery frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management
