An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join a growing, dynamic consultancy and build a long term career in property and development management. Whether you're coming from a property or construction background, with project management foundations, our client is open to the right person who brings the right attitude, capability, and drive.

You'll work directly alongside experienced Directors, gaining hands-on exposure across a diverse range of complex projects from day one.

  • Assisting in the end-to-end management of property and construction projects across multiple sectors
  • Supporting project programming, budget tracking, and milestone reporting
  • Coordinating consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to keep projects on track
  • Preparing project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
  • Assisting with procurement, contract administration, and variation management
  • Contributing to feasibility, risk, and due diligence assessments
  • Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams

We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in property, construction, development, engineering or architecture as a contract administrator, project coordinator or currently an assistant.
  • Project experience and exposure to small, medium or large building construction works.
  • Aptitude to coordinate and manage design consultants throughout the design development and construction stages and an ability to liaise and negotiate outcomes with authorities, contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Preparedness to take ownership of responsibilities and challenges in achieving project outcomes.
  • Intuitiveness in working to broad direction with excellent problem solving, thorough analysis and forward thinking characteristics.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills and responsiveness in reporting.
  • Above all, someone who is hungry to learn, grow, and build something meaningful with a great team
