ABOUT THE COMPANY
We’re partnering with a globally recognised, fast-scaling fashion e-commerce brand operating at the intersection of culture, content, and commerce. Known for its trend-driven product, social-first strategy, and highly engaged community, the brand is focused on building world-class brand moments that drive both cultural relevance and commercial performance globally.
THE ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a senior leadership role owning the full global brand ecosystem.
• Lead global Go-To-Market strategy across seasonal launches and key brand moments
• Own the end-to-end Social, PR, Influencer & Ambassador ecosystem
• Build and scale community-led growth programs that drive advocacy and virality
• Lead high-impact events, activations, pop-ups and experiential campaigns (local + global)
• Partner closely with Creative, Marketing and Product teams to ensure brand consistency and impact
• Ensure all brand activity translates into measurable commercial outcomes
• Act as the guardian of brand voice, identity and storytelling across all channels
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 8+ years’ experience in Brand Marketing / Brand Management
• Background in fashion, lifestyle or high-growth e-commerce brands
• Proven success leading integrated GTM strategies across multiple channels
• Strong experience across influencer, PR, ambassador or community-led growth
• Track record delivering standout brand activations or experiential campaigns
• Strong commercial mindset — able to connect brand activity to revenue outcomes
• Deep understanding of Gen Z / social-first brand building and cultural trends
• Natural leader with the ability to influence creative and cross-functional teams
