An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, values-driven Business Manager to join the leadership team at the flagship Arkaba Medical Centre.

As the RACGP SA General Practice of the Year 2025, Arkaba Medical Centre is proud to be recognised as a flagship doctor-owned general practice and a leading provider of comprehensive community healthcare in inner-southern Adelaide.

Located in Parkside, Arkaba Medical Centre brings together more than 25 doctors and a large multidisciplinary team, delivering over 70,000 patient interactions annually. Our practice is built on a strong culture of professionalism, teamwork, compassion, innovation, education, and patient-centred care.

This senior leadership role represents an opportunity to help guide a dynamic, high-performing healthcare organisation that is deeply committed to clinical excellence, community impact, staff wellbeing, and the ongoing development of the business.

The successful candidate will report directly to the GP Directors of the business and work closely with the leadership team, doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to support operational excellence and the continued delivery of exceptional patient care.

• Strategic and operational leadership and day-to-day practice management
