We are working with a leading clean energy investment platform focused on accelerating investment into renewable energy infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on consumer energy resources (CER), storage, networks, and enabling technologies.

The organisation partners with developers, co-investors, and capital providers to support the delivery of critical energy projects that underpin system reliability and Australia’s energy transition.

This is a senior investment role where you will lead end-to-end investment activity across origination support, financial modelling, due diligence, structuring, execution, and ongoing portfolio management. You will also engage directly with sponsors and stakeholders, contribute to investment committee processes, and play a key role in shaping portfolio strategy and investment outcomes. You will lead investment analysis and execution across consumer energy and infrastructure opportunities, including financial modelling, valuation, risk, pricing, and scenario analysis. You will oversee or lead due diligence across financial, technical, legal, and regulatory streams, and work closely with sponsors, co-investors, and advisors to structure and negotiate investment terms.

You will have 9–15 years’ experience in infrastructure investment, project finance, M&A, or energy-focused advisory or principal investment roles, ideally gained within an investment bank, infrastructure fund or leading advisory platform. You will bring strong financial modelling capability, with experience across valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution in complex infrastructure or energy transactions.

Crucially, you must have direct experience in consumer energy resources (CER) or related distributed energy, storage, or energy transition investments. Strong stakeholder management skills, commercial judgement, and the ability to operate effectively in complex investment environments are essential.
