What you will do

As manager, business support, you will lead key business and office support functions for Liquor Control Victoria.

You will help support the regulation of more than 23,000 liquor licences across Victoria.

You will:

  • manage budgets, revenue tracking and financial planning
  • provide clear advice on procurement, contracts and asset management
  • lead office support, recruitment reporting and occupational health and safety functions
  • oversee records management, business planning and corporate reporting
  • support risk management, business continuity and team performance.

About you

You must hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as accounting, finance or business administration.

You should have experience in financial management, procurement and office operations.

You should also have:

  • strong financial management and procurement experience
  • the ability to lead and support a high-performing team
  • good judgement in busy and changing environments
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills.
