About the opportunity
The Organisational Development Consultant is responsible for developing learning pathways to engage and uplift employees and leaders across the organisation. The Organisational Development Consultant will enable others to develop and improve performance, design and develop learning opportunities for members.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- experience in developing and designing learning to meet audience needs
- ability in analysing and interpreting data to make informed learning decisions
- experience in using and designing online learning eg gamification, animation etc.
- ability to work collaboratively and build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- qualifications in learning design, education or something similar

- You will enjoy a 35-hour work week, with the potential for flexible work arrangements such as a nine-day fortnight or a four-day work week depending on the requirements of the role and operational needs

- Attractive salary range of $ 113,574 – $ 125,720 plus 12% superannuation and leave loading
