Technical Delivery Lead, Application Migration

Altura Talent is partnering exclusively with a major enterprise organisation to appoint a highly technical Delivery Lead for a large-scale data centre migration program.

This role will lead the technical coordination of enterprise application migrations, working across SAP, ERP, CRM and other business-critical platforms. You will partner closely with solution architects, application owners, infrastructure teams and vendors to assess requirements, manage dependencies and coordinate migration readiness through to cutover and post-migration validation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the application migration workstream across enterprise applications
• Work with architects, application owners, infrastructure teams and vendors to define migration requirements
• Assess application dependencies, integrations, technical risks and required changes
• Coordinate migration planning, sequencing, readiness, cutover and validation
• Translate technical requirements into clear delivery plans
• Lead technical workshops with business and technology stakeholders
• Track risks, blockers, dependencies and decisions across the migration stream
• Ensure migration activity aligns with broader program milestones and data centre readiness

Ideal background

• Senior Technical Delivery Lead, Application Migration Lead or similar
• Strong experience across data centre, cloud, infrastructure or enterprise application migration programs
• Hands-on understanding of enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or major ERP/CRM platforms
• Comfortable working with architects and technical teams at a detailed level
• Strong stakeholder management across technology, vendors and business teams
• Able to operate at program level while remaining close to the technical detail
