About The Role

As a Security Events Officer you will be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day security operations and delivering customer service of the highest quality through your proactive, professional, and sound approach.

This role is a mix of managing emergency management procedure, loading dock duties, security patrols, record keeping, access control, CCTV monitoring, and assisting the Facilities management team.

Key Requirements

  • A current Victorian Security Licence together with relevant corporate security experience.
  • A customer centric approach with exemplary customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Neat and tidy personal presentation.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Accreditation and Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC).
