About The Role
The Referrer Liaison Officer is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referrers across clinics in Greenslopes and surrounds. The Referrer Liaison Officer will work in close coordination with the local management team.
The Referrer Liaison Officer will help grow the business financially and culturally by identifying new opportunities, raising brand and service awareness and promoting our people. The role is the conduit between our referrers and our people.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and foster strong, professional relationships with referring doctors, practice managers, and other referrer-related stakeholders.
- Identify ways to grow the business through leveraging patient and referrer relationships, identifying opportunities, and competitive advantages.
- Drive business in alignment with the goals and needs of the managing radiologists and practice managers.
- Manage relationships with hospitals and other external stakeholders
- Participate in client conferences, events and presentations as requested (which may fall out of hours and on weekends).
- Attend regular department meetings to ensure proactive engagement and prompt execution of initiatives including hosting of collaborative education events with Business Development Officers and business departments as required.
- Work closely with the Referrer Help Desk (RHD) team to provide a seamless service to referrers, troubleshooting technical issues and provide technical support when required, over the phone, virtually and face to face.
About You
- Radiology/medical background desirable.
- Resilience and the ability to influence outcomes.
- Self-motivated and proactive team player.
- Ability to work as a team with high attention to detail across all areas
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience managing a territory desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) an advantage.
