We are hiring a Project Graduate – Acquisitions to join our Brisbane office.
Working alongside our Head of Acquisitions and Senior Development Manager – New Business, you’ll kick-start your career working on real deals that shape our growth. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on exposure across the full acquisition lifecycle, supporting initial offers, due diligence, and investment decisions across our Lifestyle and Tourism portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
- Support acquisitions end to end, from opportunity assessment through to due diligence
- Build financial models and analyse deals to support investment decisions
- Assist with initial offers, valuations, and Investment Committee papers
- Conduct market, competitor and macroeconomic research
- Analyse financials (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on live transactions
About You
- Detail oriented with a naturally curious mindset
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident working independently and comfortable asking questions or challenging thinking
- Degree-qualified (or close to completion) in Property, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Accounting
- Any exposure to property, investments or transactions will be highly regarded
