What is the role?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing improvements to ensure the efficient flow of goods from our manufacturers to our customers. What are the responsibilities?
This position is responsible for providing support to various areas within the Operations function.
- Regularly analyze logistics and supply chain data to identify patterns and recurring issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain
- Assist in the implementation of new systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and capability
- Establish a feedback mechanism with relevant stakeholders to continuously gather insights on operational challenges.
- Coordinate and design the development of proper supply chain and logistics solutions as well as logistics management schedules and plans to ensure cost efficiency
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key supply chain metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Analyse, validate and summarise monthly logistics, operations and freight costs; investigate and report what’s driving any significant variances to budget
- Convert complex data into clear, actionable dashboards and provide meaningful commentary and action items based on data insights.
- Maintain data integrity across all internal and external systems

What requirements are we looking at?
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supply chain/operations or data analysis role with a similar scope and scale
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft office and CRM Systems Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
