My client is seeking an experienced Supervisor for a major Streetscape Upgrade Project in Onslow, WA.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Stage 2 of a high-profile civil infrastructure project with an immediate start available.

On Offer

• Rate: $94.00 Per Hour + Super
• Roster: 2:1 (from Perth)
• Duration: 3 Months
• Start Date: 22nd June 2026
• Shifts: 12-hour days

About the Role

Working on a large-scale streetscape upgrade project, you will be responsible for supervising a crew of approximately 20 personnel while ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications.

This role will suit a hands-on civil Supervisor with strong brownfield infrastructure experience and a background delivering streetscape or urban upgrade projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and subcontractors
• Coordinate crews, plant, and materials
• Ensure works are completed safely and in line with project schedules
• Liaise with project management and site stakeholders
• Drive productivity and maintain high-quality standards onsite

Required Experience & Tickets

• Previous streetscape upgrade project experience
• Brownfield drainage experience is a must
• Proven experience supervising civil crews
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Construction White Card (Essential)
