Grace Corporate Services is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Mobility Specialist to join our national team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with major corporate clients across Australia and internationally, supporting relocating employees through domestic and international assignments and relocations.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality mobility and relocation services while building strong relationships with clients, relocating employees and service partners.

About the Role

Reporting to the Mobility Team Leader, the Mobility Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end relocation programs and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and relocating employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating domestic and international relocations
  • Managing the relocation process from initiation through to settlement
  • Supporting relocating employees with pre-departure, arrival and settling-in services
  • Building and maintaining strong client and supplier relationships
  • Managing reporting, invoicing and database administration
  • Interpreting and implementing client mobility policies
  • Ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed KPIs and client expectations
  • Working collaboratively across internal operational and corporate teams

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship management, problem solving and working in a fast-paced client-focused environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Previous relocation, mobility or assignment management experience
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

Industry-related qualifications or training (TEMI, FIDI, AHRI, ERC etc.) will be highly regarded.
