Opportunity

A nationally recognised builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate contract role on a high-profile hotel refurbishment project in the Adelaide CBD.

Acting as the No.1 Site Manager, you will take full ownership of a light refurb and fit out package within a live hospitality environment, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Supported by an experienced Project Manager and delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing site logistics, and driving programme outcomes across the 6-month contract period.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
  • Previous experience within hotel, hospitality, retail, or live environment projects highly regarded
  • Strong ability to manage subcontractors, sequencing, and day-to-day site operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Procore experience essential

Responsibilities

  • Manage all day-to-day site activities and subcontractor coordination
  • Drive programme and look-ahead scheduling to ensure milestones are achieved
  • Maintain strict safety and quality standards throughout the project
  • Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and works within a live environment
  • Complete reporting, site documentation, and project tracking through Procore
