With operations spanning Australia and international markets, BreatheSafe is continuing an exciting phase of growth. We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales - APAC to join our executive leadership team based in Carole Park.

This is an outstanding opportunity to lead our Sales, Marketing and Customer Service functions while shaping the future growth of a purpose driven business making a genuine difference.

About the Role

As Head of Sales - APAC, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving BreatheSafe’s commercial growth strategy across Australia and key international markets including APAC, Africa and other emerging regions.

Leading our Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that strengthen customer relationships, grow market share, enhance brand presence and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role is ideal for a strategic and hands on leader who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys building strong customer partnerships and is passionate about developing high performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets across multiple regions and markets
  • Identify new market opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships
  • Lead, coach and develop a high performing sales team
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends and commercial outcomes
  • Build strategic partnerships with key customers, OEMs and stakeholders

Marketing Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strengthen brand awareness and market positioning across target regions
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities
  • Utilise market insights and customer feedback to inform strategy and growth opportunities
  • Ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives

Customer Service Excellence

  • Lead the Customer Service function to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Foster a customer centric culture focused on responsiveness, communication and continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively across the business to ensure seamless customer experiences and operational alignment

Leadership & Culture

  • Foster a high performance, collaborative and values driven culture
  • Develop capability across teams through coaching, mentoring and succession planning

About You

You are a commercially astute and people focused leader with a strong track record of driving business growth and leading customer centric teams.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Significant experience in senior sales leadership roles, ideally within industrial, mining, manufacturing or technical environments
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets
  • Experience leading Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Service teams
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and data driven decision making capability
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex products and customer requirements
  • Experience working across international markets and channel partner networks highly regarded
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and outcomes focused leadership style
  • Degree qualified in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related discipline (highly advantageous)
